After you register for an event, you are manually added to the LoudSwarm database. Once your LoudSwarm account is created, you will receive an invitation to join the LoudSwarm platform. Please check both your inbox and your spam folder for the email address that you used to register for the event and search for an email from support@loudswarm.com. Click the ‘Accept Invitation’ button, create a password and you’re in!
You may also click the ‘Request Invitation’ button on your event’s LoudSwarm login page to receive another invitation email.
If you are still unable to locate your event invitation, please contact either the event organizers or support@loudswarm.com for further assistance.
If you need to reset your LoudSwarm password, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page. You will receive an email containing a link to enter in a new password. Please check both your inbox and your spam folder for the email that you used to register for a LoudSwarm event.

Yes! Once you’ve completed the process to accept your invitation, you can use that same login information for any new events hosted on LoudSwarm that you have been invited to join.
LoudSwarm doesn't require attendees to use Zoom. Speakers, however, may use Zoom to stream their talks and engage with their audience.

LoudSwarm has a wide range of customizations available for your event including high-visibility branding, banners atop each session, page layouts to choose from, and customizable accent colors to coordinate with your look. On average, you can expect to spend 2-3 hours a week planning a virtual event on LoudSwarm. The LoudSwarm Producers will meet with you and your team to iron out the details of your event, gather the necessary assets, and discuss ideas on how to make the event a success. They will keep your team on track to ensure deadlines are met, attendees are optimally engaged and the event runs smoothly.
You will need to provide a Slack workspace for your event. If your organization already has a Slack workspace, you can use it by creating event channels, or you can create a brand new workspace.
The free tier will suffice for the event. However, depending on the size and nature of your event, you may want to make use of Slack's paid features, such as unlimited message history and media upload.
When you engage with LoudSwarm, we'll provide you with all the information you need to set up your Slack workspace. Should you have any questions anywhere along the process, our Producers will be available to lend a hand.
